Delete Archived Computer
Permanently delete an archived explicit computer and its files and code runs.
Call Create computer first and replace cmp_123 with its returned ID.

Own-face superset: Managed Agents has no persistent Computer deletion lifecycle. Only archived computers can be deleted. Active computers return 400 COMPUTER_ACTIVE (archive first). Destroy storage before removing registration. Success returns id and type=computer_deleted; missing or foreign computers return 404.
