Create Tunnel Certificate
Register a new client certificate on a tunnel.

tunnel_idstring必填path: Tunnel ID (path or query parameter).
ca_certificate_pemstring必填PEM-encoded X.509 CA certificate. Must contain exactly one certificate and no private-key material. Maximum 8KB.

501 This endpoint is not implemented yet; calling it returns the response below:
The platform does not offer tunnels that connect agents into your own network yet. Calling it returns 501 (not_implemented_error), produces no side effects, and the official SDK does not retry.
